I have more than one child, can they share a Santa photo session?

Yes! While individual sessions allow for a fully personalized photography session, siblings are more than welcome to share a session.

What happens if my child is shy or scared of Santa?

Magical Santa Photos was created to provide a private, calm environment where each child can feel comfortable in their own way. Every child responds differently to Santa. If your child is naturally shy or scared, we take a gentle approach and allow the experience to move at their pace and comfort level.

Do you help guide my child during our Santa session?

Yes, in a gentle and natural way. We have pre-planned activities to guide the flow of the session and keep it interactive, creating natural opportunities for your child to explore and engage with Santa. This allows us to capture genuine interactions and reactions throughout the experience.

Is the Santa session private or shared with other families?

This is a private appointment, only one family is in the room with Santa at a time.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, if you would like to sign up for a custom payment plan, please just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist. The earlier you book, the smaller the payments can be!

Where do the Santa photo sessions take place?

The Magical Santa Photos event is available in Palm Harbor, Florida (in the Tampa Bay area). The sessions take place in our studio location by appointment only. There will only be one family at a time in the studio to create a personal, private, and relaxed setting away from the public. For the safety of Santa and all the families participating, and to ensure the event remains private and exclusive, the exact address will be shared only with officially booked families closer to the event date. For mapping and planning purposes, the Palm Harbor Santa photo event will take place in the 34683 zip code area. When will I see my Santa photos?

Our goal is to get your photos back to you ASAP. Days after the session, you will receive an email with instructions on booking your Reveal and Ordering appointment. This is when you will get to see your photos, select your favorites, and submit your final order. These appointments will be available in person or virtually.

What should my child wear for Santa photos?

Once your session is booked, we’ll send a curated outfit guide with styling suggestions that photograph beautifully and complement our Santa set.

What is a “Reveal and Ordering” appointment?

A Reveal and Ordering Appointment is a private, one-on-one virtual meeting with Elf Anna, where you’ll view your photos and make your final selections. A few days after your child’s session, you’ll receive an email with instructions for scheduling your appointment at a time that works best for you.

Will I still receive an online gallery to view my Santa photos?

No. Rather than sending a link to a preview gallery online, we provide a full-service, one-on-one virtual Reveal and Ordering appointment with Elf Anna. Parents have found these collaborative meetings incredibly helpful because they allow you to see every image up close, compare similar images side by side, and make your selections with expert guidance. Something you cannot do with an online gallery. Additionally, it allows us to save time on back-and-forths in order to deliver your final images even faster.

Are all my Santa photos included in my package?

No, there are no photos included in the session; each photo is sold separately. Every family enjoys photos differently, so everything is available à la carte. This way, you can build your own collection and only purchase the images and products you love.

Are the digital files of the Santa photos included in my package?

No, digital photos are not included in the package; each photo (printed or digital file) is sold separately.

Can parents be in some of the photos?

Yes! Parents or grandparents may join in for a family Santa portrait. Just let Elf Anna know so she can plan accordingly.

Can we take our own photos and videos?

To preserve the magic of the experience and keep each child fully engaged with Santa, personal photos and videos are not permitted during your session. Our team professionally captures every moment using carefully planned lighting, angles, and storytelling techniques so families can relax, enjoy the experience, and be fully present in this magical moment. This also helps maintain a calm, private environment for your child. Recording devices are not permitted inside the session room. This includes cell phones, cameras, action cameras, smart glasses, or any other device capable of taking photos, recording video, or capturing audio.
