I have more than one child; can they share a session?
Yes! While individual sessions allow for a fully personalized photography session, siblings are more than welcome to share a session.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, if you would like to sign up for a custom payment plan, please just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist. The earlier you book, the smaller the payments can be!
Where do the sessions take place?
The Magical Santa Photos event is available in Palm Harbor, Florida (in the Tampa Bay area). The sessions take place in our studio location by appointment only. There will only be one family at a time in the studio to create a personal, private, and relaxed setting away from the public. For the safety of Santa and all the families participating, and to ensure the event remains private and exclusive, the exact address will be shared only with officially booked families closer to the event date. For mapping and planning purposes, the Palm Harbor Santa photo event will take place in the 34683 zip code area. When do I get to see my photos?
Our goal is to get your photos back to you ASAP. Days after the session, you will receive an email with instructions on booking your Reveal and Ordering appointment. This is when you will get to see your photos, select your favorites, and submit your final order. These appointments will be available in person or virtually.
What is a Reveal and Ordering appointment?
A Reveal and Ordering Appointment is a private, one-on-one virtual meeting with Elf Anna, where you’ll view your photos and make your final selections. A few days after your child’s session, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your appointment at a time that works best for you.
Will I still receive an online gallery to review the photos on my own?
No. Rather than sending a link to a preview gallery online, we provide a full-service, one-on-one virtual Reveal and Ordering appointment with Elf Anna. Parents have found these collaborative meetings incredibly helpful because they allow you to see every image up close, compare similar images side by side, and make your selections with expert guidance. Something you cannot do with an online gallery. Additionally, it allows us to save time on back and forths, in order to deliver your final images even faster.
Are all my photos included in the package?
No, there are no photos not included in the session; each photo is sold separately. Every family enjoys photos differently, so everything is available a-la-carte. This way, you can build your own collection and only purchase the images and products you love.
Are the digital files of the photos included in the package?
No, digital photos are not included in the package; each photo (printed or digital file) is sold separately.
Can parents join in the session for a family photo?
Yes! Parents or grandparents may join in for a family Santa portrait. Just let Elf Anna know so she can plan accordingly.
Can we take our own photos and videos?
To preserve the magic of the experience and ensure each child remains fully engaged with Santa, personal photos and videos are not permitted during the session. Our team professionally captures every moment using carefully planned lighting, angles, and storytelling so families can relax and simply enjoy the experience. This also helps maintain a calm, private environment for each child and ensures consistency across all sessions.
